When Geomundo Ocean Palace Hotel contacted us, they had an outdated website with brand messaging that was not in line with their vision. Their website was not responsive (meaning it doesn't look great on all devices) and their booking system was not functioning due to Adobe Flash which was no longer supported.
This gave their target audience the wrong impression of their brand online and a significant amount of time answering calls regarding their services. Due to the complex weather conditions and ship operations in the area, staff was to make follow-up calls to keep guests informed.
Another issue was, that their website was not optimized for search engines. As a result, people looking for their services had a more difficult time finding their business online through relevant keywords.
